Ingredients

1/4 cup passion fruit juice or nectar
1 1/2 ounces white, gold, or coconut flavored rum
1 ounce thai style coconut milk
1 ounce blue curaçao
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- a wedge of lime
- an orchid, as garnish

How To Make blue lagoon

Step 1

in a shaker half filled with ice, mix the passion fruit juice, rum, coconut milk, Curaçao, lime juice, and sugar. Shake until very cold.

Step 2

Pour the drink into an exotic glass or straight into fresh ice if desired, squeeze the lime into the glass and discard, garnish with the orchid and serve at once.
