passion fruit juice or nectar
1 1/2 oz
white, gold, or coconut flavored rum
1 oz
thai style coconut milk
1 oz
blue curaçao
1 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 tsp
superfine sugar
a wedge of lime
an orchid, as garnish

How to Make Blue Lagoon


  • 1in a shaker half filled with ice, mix the passion fruit juice, rum, coconut milk, Curaçao, lime juice, and sugar. Shake until very cold.
  • 2Pour the drink into an exotic glass or straight into fresh ice if desired, squeeze the lime into the glass and discard, garnish with the orchid and serve at once.
