Ingredients
- 1/4 cup passion fruit juice or nectar
- 1 1/2 ounces white, gold, or coconut flavored rum
- 1 ounce thai style coconut milk
- 1 ounce blue curaçao
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- - a wedge of lime
- - an orchid, as garnish
How To Make blue lagoon

Step 1in a shaker half filled with ice, mix the passion fruit juice, rum, coconut milk, Curaçao, lime juice, and sugar. Shake until very cold.

Step 2Pour the drink into an exotic glass or straight into fresh ice if desired, squeeze the lime into the glass and discard, garnish with the orchid and serve at once.
