Blue Lagoon Cocktail
1 1/2 ozcoconut rum
1 ozblue curacao
1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
1 tspsugar, or to taste
1/2orange slice, for garnish
1pineapple chunk, for garnish
1maraschino cherry, for garnish
How to Make Blue Lagoon Cocktail
- Prepare the garnish first by adding an orange slice to a cocktail umbrella skewer. Next, add the pineapple chunk and then the maraschino cherry; set garnish aside.
- Combine coconut rum, blue curacao, lemon juice, sugar, and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until very cold, then strain into a short glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Add the fruit garnish, and serve immediately.
