Classic Hawaiian cocktail developed by Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel in Waikiki. Drink with aloha!

Ingredients

3/4 ounce white rum
3/4 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce blue curacao liqueur
3 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
1 - cocktail spear of fresh fruit (optional)

How To Make blue hawaii cocktail

Step 1

Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes, and add all other ingredients.

Step 2

Cover and shake vigorously until well mixed.
Step 3

Pour into a serving glass, garnish with speared fresh fruit and serve.
