Ingredients
- 1 quart fresh blackberries or one 16 ounce package frozen unsweetened blackberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon whole allspice
- 6 - whole cloves
- 2 cups brandy
How To Make blackberry brandy

Step 1In a gallon jar combine blackberries, sugar, and spices. Pour in brandy; cover. Invert jar daily till sugar is dissolved, about 4 days. Place in cool, dark place for a least 1 month. Strain through cheesecloth into bottles; cover. Makes about 2 3/4 cups
