- - 1 quart fresh blackberries
- - 3/4 cup sugar
- - 3/4 tsp. whole allspie
- - 12 whole cloves
- - 2 cups brandy
How To Make blackberry brandy

Step 1In a gallon jar with tight fitting screw top lid, mix berries,sugar and spices. Pour in brandy and store in refrigerator.Every once in a while, invert jar to mix. After two months, strain mixture through a cheesecloth lined strainer, pressing the juice with the back of a wooden spoon. Discard the pulp.
