This recipe is great and it only costs about $8 to make compared to $25 in a store. I found also that if you cut the whiskey down to 3/4 cup, double the chocolate and use 3/4 teaspoon of coffee you get the best results.

  • 1/2 c
    evaporated milk (1 12-ounce can)
  • 1 c
    irish whiskey
  • 2/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    instant coffee

How to Make Bailey's Original Irish Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and mix well or shake until sugar is dissolved. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Shake before serving.
