My Irish side of the family adores this drink (have to have it every easter and christmas. It is really good!

Ingredients

4 - eggs
1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup whiskey (any good brand)

How To Make bailey's irish cream

Step 1

1. Blend all ingredients for 10 minutes.

Step 2

2. Let set for a day at room temperature. Then put in refrigerator. Makes 1 quart. (I usually double the recipe).
