- 1 - # 2 can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bottle 750ml bacardi rum
- 1 quart ginger ale, chilled

How To Make bacardi punch

Step 1About 1 hour before serving time, squeeze 4 oranges and 2 lemons into a glass pitcher. Add pineapple juice and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add Bacardi. Slice remaining orange and lemon and add to bowl. Stir well. Cover and let stand until serving time. Just before serving, place block of ice in punch bowl. Add ginger ale to juice mixture and pour over ice.
