How to Make Apple Pie Moonshine
- Place the apple cider, apple juice, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a large stock pot.Bring to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
- Let cool completely. Strain out the whole cloves and cinnamon sticks. Reserve the cinnamon sticks. Add the vodka and rum.
- Place the cinnamon sticks in 7 quart jars. Add the moonshine and place lids on the jars. Store at room temp or in fridge.
