1In a large pot, mix apple juice and spices. Either make a "bundle" of the spices using a netted bag, or dump it in and skim it out when cooked.
Heat juice and spices to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Take off heat.
2COOL COMPLETELY before adding alcohol. Pour into pretty bottles or use in a punch bowl.
