1 lbbrown sugar
1 galapple juice
1/2 galapple cider
8granny smith apples
·cinnamon sticks, at least 2 per jar
How to Make Apple Jack
- Heat apple juice, cider and brown sugar until the brown sugar is melted.
- Add the sliced apples and heat. DO NOT BOIL.
- Shut off heat and pour in vodka and everclear. Let set until cool enough to pour into jars.
- Add 2 cinnamon sticks to each jar. Fill with Apple Jack mixture.
Makes approximatley 9 quarts.
Best served very cold.
