I have not made this but have had the pleasure of sampling! So good! But be careful, it will sneak up on you! This is intended to be sipped in small quantities!

Makes approx. 9 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1 gallon apple juice
- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 1 quart vodka
- 1 quart everclear
- 8 - granny smith apples
- - cinnamon sticks, at least 2 per jar
How To Make apple jack

Step 1Heat apple juice, cider and brown sugar until the brown sugar is melted.

Step 2Add the sliced apples and heat. DO NOT BOIL.

Step 3Shut off heat and pour in vodka and everclear. Let set until cool enough to pour into jars.

Step 4Add 2 cinnamon sticks to each jar. Fill with Apple Jack mixture. Makes approximatley 9 quarts. Best served very cold.
