Dried Fruit and Nut Granola Bars

INGREDIENTS
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup ground flax seen (or another 1/4 cup of wheat germ)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup honey (I used Utah's Slider Ridge honey)
1/4 cup agave nectar (or use another 1/4 cup of honey)
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon of butter, plus extra for pan
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil (or another TB of butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup chopped dried fruit (I used turkish apricots, currants, cranberries, and golden raisins)
