INGREDIENTS
6-7 lb pork butt, trimmed of fat
3 cans Dr. Pepper (or enough to almost cover pork)
1 medium onion, cut in large chunks
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
