1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4. cup chopped tomato
Whole wheat pita or tortilla
1/2 cup bean sprouts, broccoli; or alfalfa sprouts
Optional Add-ins
1—2 tbsp. fresh red chili peppers
1 tbsp. hummus
