1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup light-brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled
Confectioner's sugar for dusting
