12 baby eggplants, halved lengthwise

2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 28-oz. can chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Cilantro-Mint Yogurt Sauce
1 cup low-fat Greek-style yogurt
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbs. chopped fresh mint
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
