Double Chocolate Baked Donuts

"These donuts won't last more than two days in your house! They are moist and fluffy and so, so sweet!! I topped mine with Reese's Pieces which made the donuts SO much better. They could also be topped with sprinkles, crushed nuts, or just eaten as they are. The batter should be very thick, and form stiff peaks after whisking. INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of flour
1/8 tsp of salt
2.5 tbsp of melted butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/3 cup of milk
1/4 cup of greek yogurt or sour cream
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
4 tbsp of melted semi-sweet chocolate (melt chocolate chips, then measure out the 4 tbsps)
