INGREDIENTS
10 ounces brioche bread, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 T. butter, melted
¼c. light brown sugar
⅓ c. water
2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 c. milk
¼ c. light brown sugar
¾ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. kosher salt
2 eggs
1¼ c. heavy cream
1½ T. light brown sugar
rest of bread cubes
1½ T. melted butter
Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top
