Dirty Slime Fudge

INGREDIENTS

Cookie crumbs:
•
1 cup all-purpose flour*
•
7 tablespoons cocoa powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1 stick unsalted butter, soft
•
5 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•
1 large egg white
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
Fudge:
•
3 cups Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
•
1 1/2 sticks (12 tbsp) unsalted butter
•
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
•
4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
4 1/2 cups premium white chocolate chips
•
1 teaspoon green food color paste
•
*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
