1/2 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, (chopped)

1 celery rib, (chopped)
•
1/2 green bell pepper, (seeded and chopped)
•
1/2 cup finely chopped chicken livers
•
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning, (I like Tony Chachere's)

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
