Dill Pickle Ham Salad

"This dill pickle ham salad is an easy way to use up some of that leftover ham! My recipe is a creamy mixture of finely chopped ham, pickles, boiled eggs, onions, and fresh herbs...."

INGREDIENTS
1 pound cooked ham
2 hard boiled eggs, (chopped)
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped dill pickles
2 tablespoons chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
Cracked pepper (to taste)
6 croissants
