Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature; 3/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (can use dill pickle relish, drained); 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated; 1/2 cup fresh dill, finely chopped; Crackers, for serving
