Why use packaged gravy when it so easy to make? I use this gravy for Eggs Benedict and also for biscuits and gravy. Yum!

Ingredients
- WHITE GRAVY
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- - salt & pepper
- SAUSAGE GRAVY
- 1/4 pound sausage
How To Make white and sausage gravy

Step 1White Gravy:In a sauce pan, make a rue with the butter and flour, let cook for about a minute. Let cool for a bit. Add the milk, stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a heat resistant rubber spatula.

Step 2Sausage Gravy:Cook the sausage in a sauce pan, drain grease from the sausage. Keeping the sausage in the pan, follow the directions in step 1 by making a rue, etc.
