450 grams cooked pasta, (macaroni, bow tie, penne, etc.)
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 teaspoons dry mustard
12 large eggs, (boiled and roughly chopped)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup green pickle relish
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 cup parsley, (chopped (plus more for garnish))
