yummy bread pudding
Made this tonight using a couple different recipes and combining to make it my own. Enjoy.. It's delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 - large beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups deli style real italian bread (cubed)
- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon bread (cubed)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- TOPPING MIXTURE (INGREDIENTS ARE LISTED ABOVE ALSO)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

How To Make yummy bread pudding

Step 1Cube your breading and put in a bowl or in the pan to dry the bread out or stale it

Step 2Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees, Grease 13-9 pan

Step 3Mix together sugar, eggs, evap. milk, milk in a bowl and add vanilla. Pour over the drying or stale bread. Let set for 10-15 minutes

Step 4Mix up the ingredients for your sauce. Brown sugar, pecans, nutmeg, cinnamon and butter. pour, shake the mixture over the waiting bread pudding.

Step 5Bake for 30-40 minutes (till golden Brown and bubbly)

Step 6Remove, cool a bit and serve with whipped cream of vanilla icecream for a real treat.
