Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 - eggs. 4 eggs at higher altitude
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- pinch salt
How To Make yorkshire pudding

Step 1Heat oven to 425. In bowl mix your flour and milk. Add eggs one at a time till well blended. Add salt and parsley. Let stand while you ready your pan

Step 2Take a muffin pan and put a bit of olive oil in the bottom of each pan and place in Hot oven. Wait till the oil is real hot (smoking). Take pan out and fill to 3/4 full. the batter should sizzle when this is done. Place back in the oven and cook for 20 min or golden brown.
