- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups cranberrirs, chopped
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 - egg, beaten

Step 1Combine all ingredients . Steam for 1 1/4 hours. I use my electric roaster. HARD SAUCE: 1 cup sugar, 1/2 pint crream, 1/2 cup butter and 1 tsp. vanilla or brandy. Bring to a boil.
