Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    molasses
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    cranberrirs, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    hot water
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1
    egg, beaten

How to Make WISCONSIN CRANBERRY PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients . Steam for 1 1/4 hours. I use my electric roaster.
    HARD SAUCE:
    1 cup sugar,
    1/2 pint crream,
    1/2 cup butter and
    1 tsp. vanilla or brandy.
    Bring to a boil.
