Ingredients

1/2 c
molasses
1 1/2 c
flour
1 1/2 c
cranberrirs, chopped
1/2 c
hot water
3 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
baking soda
1
egg, beaten

How to Make WISCONSIN CRANBERRY PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients . Steam for 1 1/4 hours. I use my electric roaster.
    HARD SAUCE:
    1 cup sugar,
    1/2 pint crream,
    1/2 cup butter and
    1 tsp. vanilla or brandy.
    Bring to a boil.
