well everyone this classic from new orleans its all about the sweetness of the rasins and of course rum sauce

1 package 1 loaf of rasin cinnemon bread
2 cups sugar
1 quart milk half and half
3 - eggs
1 2/3 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make very hott breadpudding

Step 1

pre heat oven to 350,then spray 9x9 inch pan with pam

Step 2

mix broken bread in the pan add milk and vanilla soak 10 min
Step 3

meanwhile in a mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar well then add to bread mixture .Mix well togather if you like you can a little more cinnamon over the bread pudding. then bake for 45min
