valentine's day dessert
This was given to me back in 1984. I had lost it, but lucky for me I had added it to a cookbook from a church group and found it. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family and friends have!

Ingredients
- 1ST LAYER
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2ND LAYER
- 1 cup cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup cool whip (8 oz tub)
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 3RD LAYER
- 1 box large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 4TH LAYER
- 1 can pie filling (your choice of flavor)

Step 1Mix together until crumbly, pat into greased 9X13 pan. Bake 15 mins. in a 350 degree oven. Cool.

Step 2Mix together until smooth. Spread over 1st layer.

Step 3Mix well and pour over 2nd layer.

Step 4Spread over 3rd layer. Serve cold.
