Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 x large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make traditional yorkshire pudding popovers

Step 1Mix milk & water; reserve.

Step 2In bowl, mix flour & salt. Make a well in center; break eggs into it. Using spoon, beat eggs, gradually adding milk mixture & flour. Beat until smooth; let stand in cool place 1 hour.

Step 3Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 4Dividing evenly, brush butter over bottoms of 12 muffin cups.

Step 5Divide batter amoung cups. Bake until puffed, about 8 - 10 minutes. Serve with more butter.
