Ingredients For traditional yorkshire pudding popovers

1/2 cmilk

1/2 cwater

3/4 c+ 2 tbsp all purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

2 x lgeggs

1 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make traditional yorkshire pudding popovers

1Mix milk & water; reserve.

2In bowl, mix flour & salt. Make a well in center; break eggs into it. Using spoon, beat eggs, gradually adding milk mixture & flour. Beat until smooth; let stand in cool place 1 hour.

3Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

4Dividing evenly, brush butter over bottoms of 12 muffin cups.

5Divide batter amoung cups. Bake until puffed, about 8 - 10 minutes. Serve with more butter.
