todd's banana pudding
In September 1978, a 12-year-old farm boy from Kansas submitted a recipe he had invented to the now defunct magazine, Home Cooking. He stated that he liked to cook, and had made this recipe up for a 4-H demonstration. I haven't made it yet, but it sounds yummy! It is a great recipe for children to make, even younger children - with supervision. Bananas can easily be sliced with a butter knife for those too young for the sharper knives. Thanks Todd, where ever you are today! Photo from Bing.
