I got this from.a friend several years ago. It's tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut, flaked
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans,chopped
  • 2 packages instant vsnilla pudding or 1 large
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 package tub cool whip.

How To Make toasted pecan pudding

  • Step 1
    Mix butter, coconut, flour, Brown sugar, and pecans together. Bake in 9x13 pan @ 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to form crumbs. Cool.
  • Step 2
    Beat pudding and milk together. Add tub of Cool Whip.
  • Step 3
    Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom.of 9x13 pan. Spread pudding mixture. Top with rest of crumbs. Chill
  • Step 4
    Can use sugar free pudding and cool whip.
