Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups coconut, flaked
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans,chopped
- 2 packages instant vsnilla pudding or 1 large
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 package tub cool whip.
How To Make toasted pecan pudding

Step 1Mix butter, coconut, flour, Brown sugar, and pecans together. Bake in 9x13 pan @ 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to form crumbs. Cool.

Step 2Beat pudding and milk together. Add tub of Cool Whip.

Step 3Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom.of 9x13 pan. Spread pudding mixture. Top with rest of crumbs. Chill

Step 4Can use sugar free pudding and cool whip.
