Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1/2 c
butter
1 1/2 c
coconut, flaked
1 c
flour
1/4 c
brown sugar
1 c
pecans,chopped
2 pkg
instant vsnilla pudding or 1 large
3 c
cold milk
1 pkg
tub cool whip.

How to Make Toasted Pecan Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix butter, coconut, flour, Brown sugar, and pecans together. Bake in 9x13 pan @ 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to form crumbs. Cool.
  • 2Beat pudding and milk together. Add tub of Cool Whip.
  • 3Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom.of 9x13 pan. Spread pudding mixture. Top with rest of crumbs. Chill
  • 4Can use sugar free pudding and cool whip.
