How to Make Toasted Pecan Pudding
1Mix butter, coconut, flour, Brown sugar, and pecans together. Bake in 9x13 pan @ 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to form crumbs. Cool.
2Beat pudding and milk together. Add tub of Cool Whip.
3Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom.of 9x13 pan. Spread pudding mixture. Top with rest of crumbs. Chill
4Can use sugar free pudding and cool whip.
