Ingredients For tinucci's best bread pudding

1 cfrozen sliced peaches

6 cwhite bread cubes

1/3 craisins
-
4beaten eggs
-
1-1/4 cfruit juice(choose juices that are light colored)

3/4 csugar

1/2 cbuttermilk
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/4 tspalmond flavoring
-
1/3 cpacked brown sugar
-
1 tspground cinnamon
-
1/4 cmaraschino cherry halves, drained

1 Tbspbutter or margarine, cut up
How To Make tinucci's best bread pudding

1Thaw peaches. Don't drain off juice. Cut up peaches. In a large bowl, combine the undrained peaches, white bread cubes and raisins.

2In another bowl, stir together the eggs, fruit juice, sugar, buttermilk, vanilla & almond flavoring. Pour over bread mixture and fold together.

3Transfer mixture to a greased 8x8x2" (2 qt) square baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top, then the cinnamon & cherry halves; dot with butter or margarine.

4Bake at 350^ for 35 to 40 minutes or till a knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
