An old family favorite dish handed down from generatios. I tried for years to get this recipe right and finally found the right taste. This dish, as the story goes is a Native American dish and has been loved by my family for decades and by all generations.

Being born and raised here in Texas, I know there must be many many more families who grew up loving this sweet pudding of rice. This version is my family's take on a wonderfully sweet and toothsome treat.
