Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1 stick butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package cream cheese, (8 ounce)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 package jell-o® cook & serve lemon pudding
5 large strawberries, fresh
1 can reddi whip®, as desired

How To Make sweet lemon surprise

Step 1

Crust: Mix flour, butter and sugar in a bowl, press into a 9"x13" pan, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Middle Layer: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then spread evenly on cooled crust.
Step 3

Top Layer: Prepare pie filling according to directions. When cool, spread over cream cheese filling.
Step 4

Place in refrigerator to make firm. Once firm, place strawberries on top and decorate as you see fit.
Step 5

Slice and serve, adding Reddi Whip® as desired.
Step 6
