  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, (8 ounce)
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o® cook & serve lemon pudding
  • 5 large
    strawberries, fresh
  • 1 can(s)
    reddi whip®, as desired

How to Make Sweet Lemon Surprise


  1. Crust:
    Mix flour, butter and sugar in a bowl, press into a 9"x13" pan, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  2. Middle Layer:
    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then spread evenly on cooled crust.
  3. Top Layer:
    Prepare pie filling according to directions. When cool, spread over cream cheese filling.
  4. Place in refrigerator to make firm. Once firm, place strawberries on top and decorate as you see fit.
  5. Slice and serve, adding Reddi Whip® as desired.
  6. Eat & Enjoy!
