Sweet Lemon Surprise
1 call purpose flour
1 stickbutter, room temperature
1 pkgcream cheese, (8 ounce)
3/4 cpowdered sugar
1 pkgjell-o® cook & serve lemon pudding
5 largestrawberries, fresh
1 can(s)reddi whip®, as desired
How to Make Sweet Lemon Surprise
Mix flour, butter and sugar in a bowl, press into a 9"x13" pan, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Middle Layer:
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then spread evenly on cooled crust.
- Top Layer:
Prepare pie filling according to directions. When cool, spread over cream cheese filling.
- Place in refrigerator to make firm. Once firm, place strawberries on top and decorate as you see fit.
- Slice and serve, adding Reddi Whip® as desired.
