Super Easy Rice Pudding
I used nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange peel in mine while cooking. The nutmeg could also have been sprinkled on top to nice effect. The orange of course can be left out.
- 2 c
- cooked jasime rice
- 2 c
- heavy whipping cream
- 1 c
- 1 percent milk
- 1 pinch
- 1/2 c
- orange peel
How to Make Super Easy Rice Pudding
- 1Combine first five ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add flavorings if desired. (Add them to taste...and of course tasting it is the fun part!)
- 2Continue simmering while stirring pretty frequently until desired consistency.
- 3Remove from heat and serve warm. Alternately put the pudding in a pretty bowl and press plastic wrap over the top and refrigerate till cold.
