Sunbeam Tapioca

3 Tbsp
instant tapioca
1 c
pineapple juice
1 c
orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
canned mandarin oranges, drained
1 c
canned crushed pineapple, drained


1Combine the instant tapioca, pineapple juice and orange juice in a saucepan.
2Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
3Remove from heat; add the lemon juice.
4Cool, stirring occasionally.
5Add the fruit and chill until firm.
