Simple and easy. I came up with this when i wanted a quick dessert. It's yummy.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is the strawberry's answer to banana pudding! Very sweet and creamy, it's sure to meet the approval of family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla Wafer cookies
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries halved
  • 1 large box of vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix, 5.1 oz.
  • 1 small container of sour cream, 8 oz.
  • 1 medium container of Cool Whip, 8 oz.
  • 1-2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2-3 cups cold milk
  • 1 container of glaze for strawberries, 16 oz.

How To Make strawberry pudding

  • Step 1
    Line a 9x13 baking dish with cookies.
  • Step 2
    Mix pudding mix per instructions on the box. Let it stand in the refrigerator just until set.
  • Step 3
    Add sour cream and Cool Whip.
  • Step 4
    Put sugar on strawberries and let set then drain excess moisture off then mix with strawberry glaze.
  • Step 5
    Layer pudding mixture on top of cookies then strawberry mixture.
  • Step 6
    Repeat layering again ending with cookies on top.
