I got this from a co-worker's wife (Thanks, Kris). It is so easy and delicious. Not to mention you can use fat-free cool whip, sugar free strawberry jell-o to help make it a little less sinful.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 3 c
    boiling water
  • 1 box
    strawberry jell-o (small box)
  • 2 box
    tapioca pudding
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    frozen sliced strawberries (thawed and drained)

How to Make Strawberry Fluff

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring to a boil - 3 cups of water.
  2. Stir in Strawberry Jell-o, and both small boxes of Tapioca.
  3. Cook over medium heat until thick (3-5 minutes).
  4. Cool mixture so the heat won't melt down the Cool Whip in the next step.
  5. Blend in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
  6. Add in Frozen Strawberries and then place in fridge to set up and enjoy!
  7. To dress it up a bit, once dessert is set up, place a few sliced strawberries on top with a dollop of Cool Whip!
