I got this from a co-worker's wife (Thanks, Kris). It is so easy and delicious. Not to mention you can use fat-free cool whip, sugar free strawberry jell-o to help make it a little less sinful.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 box strawberry jell-o (small box)
  • 2 boxes tapioca pudding
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 package frozen sliced strawberries (thawed and drained)

How To Make strawberry fluff

  • Step 1
Bring to a boil - 3 cups of water.
  • Step 2
Stir in Strawberry Jell-o, and both small boxes of Tapioca.
  • Step 3
Cook over medium heat until thick (3-5 minutes).
  • Step 4
Cool mixture so the heat won't melt down the Cool Whip in the next step.
  • Step 5
Blend in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
  • Step 6
Add in Frozen Strawberries and then place in fridge to set up and enjoy!
  • Step 7
To dress it up a bit, once dessert is set up, place a few sliced strawberries on top with a dollop of Cool Whip!
