Ingredients

  • 35
    finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 1-1/4 cups)
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 8 oz
    pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    cold milk
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 4 c
    fresh strawberries, halved
  • 2 pkg
    (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 3-1/2 c
    cold milk

How to Make Strawberry Delight

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix wafer crumbs, sugar and butter and press onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 2 Tbsp milk in large bowl until blended. Stir in half of the whipped topping and spread over crust. Top with berries.
  3. Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk with whisk 2 minutes and pour over berries.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours and spread with remaining topping just before serving.
