Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make stove top custard

  • Step 1
    mix all together, pour into custard cups. sprinkle with nutmeg & cinnamon on top.
  • Step 2
    put custard cups in deep frying pan on stove top. fill 3/4 up sides of cups with water.
  • Step 3
    turn on high, when water comes to boil, turn off. put tight fitting lid on pan, let set till cool Done
