My grandmother and mother used to make this one when I was young. They made it when squash was abundant and people were trying to think of ways to use them up! Yummy and sweet! You'll never know it has squash in it!

Ingredients For squash pudding

2 ccooked squash, puree in food processor

1 cwhite sugar

1 cbrown sugar

3 lgeggs, beaten
-
1 cself risng flour
-
3/4 stickmargarine
-
2 1/2 cevaporated milk

2 tspvanilla flavoring
How To Make squash pudding

1Blend squash. Add sugar and flour. Blend until smooth.

2Add beaten eggs to mixture. Blend in milk, margarine and flavoring.

3Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 min. at 450. Good hot or cold!

4You may also want to add raisins or dried cranberries...experiment!
