Ingredients

2 ccooked squash, puree in food processor
-
1 cwhite sugar
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
3 largeeggs, beaten
-
1 cself risng flour
-
3/4 stickmargarine
-
2 1/2 cevaporated milk
-
2 tspvanilla flavoring
How to Make Squash Pudding
- Blend squash. Add sugar and flour. Blend until smooth.
- Add beaten eggs to mixture. Blend in milk, margarine and flavoring.
- Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 min. at 450.
Good hot or cold! - You may also want to add raisins or dried cranberries...experiment!
