My grandmother and mother used to make this one when I was young. They made it when squash was abundant and people were trying to think of ways to use them up! Yummy and sweet! You'll never know it has squash in it!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked squash, puree in food processor
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup self risng flour
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
How To Make squash pudding

Step 1Blend squash. Add sugar and flour. Blend until smooth.

Step 2Add beaten eggs to mixture. Blend in milk, margarine and flavoring.

Step 3Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 min. at 450. Good hot or cold!

Step 4You may also want to add raisins or dried cranberries...experiment!
