Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups cubed raisin bread or frozen french toast sticks, thawed
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- 1 ounce rum
- - ice cream or whipped cream is optional but oh so good
How To Make southern ginger ale bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Beat eggs and egg whites in a large mixing bowl until foamy..

Step 3Beaat in milk, honey and vanilla.

Step 4Add ginger ale and rum. Stir in bread cubes.

Step 5Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 6Topped with ice cream or whipped cream makes it even more delish!
