Ingredients

egg whites
1 1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
vanilla
4 c
cubed raisin bread or frozen french toast sticks, thawed
1/2 c
ginger ale
1 oz
rum
ice cream or whipped cream is optional but oh so good

How to Make Southern Ginger Ale Bread Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2Beat eggs and egg whites in a large mixing bowl until foamy..
  • 3Beaat in milk, honey and vanilla.
  • 4Add ginger ale and rum. Stir in bread cubes.
  • 5Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 6Topped with ice cream or whipped cream makes it even more delish!
