Southern Ginger Ale Bread Pudding
cubed raisin bread or frozen french toast sticks, thawed
ice cream or whipped cream is optional but oh so good
How to Make Southern Ginger Ale Bread Pudding
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
2Beat eggs and egg whites in a large mixing bowl until foamy..
3Beaat in milk, honey and vanilla.
4Add ginger ale and rum. Stir in bread cubes.
5Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6Topped with ice cream or whipped cream makes it even more delish!
