Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs,beaten
  • 1 quart milk,scalded
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup chopped dates or raisins
  • 3 to 3 1/2 cups rice,cooked

How To Make slow cooker rice pudding

  • Step 1
    In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients, cover. Cook at med. setting for 2 hrs. Stir after 1 hour. Reduce temp. to keep warm for serving or chill in fridge and serve cold.
