sugar
1/2 c
biscuit/baking mix

2 Tbsp
butter (melted)
2 1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp
vanilla extract
whipped topping
cooking spray

How to Make Slow cooker pumpkin pie pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.
  • 2Transfer to slow cooker, coated with non stick cooking spray.
  • 3cover and cook on lowfor 6-7 hours or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  • 4Serve in bowls topped with whipped topping, sprinkled with nutmeg if desired
