- 15 ounces solid pack pumpkin
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - whipped topping
- - cooking spray
How To Make slow cooker pumpkin pie pudding

Step 1In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.

Step 2Transfer to slow cooker, coated with non stick cooking spray.

Step 3cover and cook on lowfor 6-7 hours or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Step 4Serve in bowls topped with whipped topping, sprinkled with nutmeg if desired
