This is a recipe I got from my daughter Elizabeth, when she was just a teen. I find beyond delicious.

It is called "Sin Pudding" and if you make it you will know why.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    sugar free angel food cake
  • 1 can(s)
    pie ( i prefer apple )
  • 16 oz
    whipped cream (i use sugar free)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, low-fat

How to Make Sin Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Open or make an Angel food cake. Tear up the angel food cake into small pieces. (I use sugar free)
  2. Dump and scrap out a can of pie filling into large bowl, the same one the angel food cake is in.
  3. Add 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  4. Add 16 ounces whipped cream (I use sugar free cool whip)
  5. Mix all ingredients together making sure to turn up the bottom and get it covered too. Smooth over the top with spatula or spoon.
  6. refrigerate until dinner/super
