This is another one of those recipes everyone will think you worked your little fingers off to the bone. You could make your pudding from scratch or make a lovely custard. But remember this is an Simply Easy elegant dessert. This is for Adults only.

Ingredients

1 package instant pudding, french vanilla pudding or whatever flavor you like
1 - jigger of brandy or rum
- whipped cream, sweetened
- sweetened canned fruit, your choice...peaches, apricots
- maraschino cherries

How To Make simply elegant easy pudding.

Step 1

You can use any flavor of pudding you like..just adjust the alcohol to match your pudding. When I use Lemon pudding..use a tad of lemon curd and Lemoncello. Etc...you got the idea.

Step 2

Make your pudding or custard. Put it in lovely stem wear to refrig. When it is set take it out and add one piece of canned fruit on top. Add the jigger of alcohol. Add the Whipped cream and top with a cherry. Serve chilled.
