I just recently tried the new gingerbread Oreos. They are so good. But, they are only out for a limited time only. If you want some you can only get them at Walmart. I wanted to make an Oreo pie and I thought why not try it with the gingerbread Oreos. Here is the result. So delicious. I think I over dosed on it. :) Sorry guys, I don't do pictures.

Ingredients

15 ounces (pkg.) gingerbread oreos
2 small boxes french vanilla pudding
4 cups milk
8 ounces tub cool whip

How To Make sand pudding

Step 1

Crush cookies in food processor. Put in bottom of 9x13 pan and spread evenly. You may reserve some to sprinkle on top.

Step 2

Beat pudding with milk until thickened.
Step 3

Spread evenly over Oreos.
Step 4

Spread cool whip on top.
Step 5

If desired, sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top.
Step 6

Refrigerate until set.
