Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whole milk, divided
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- flaky Maldon salt
How To Make salted double chocolate pudding

Step 1Mix the cocoa powder, corn starch, and 1/2 milk and set aside.

Step 2Melt the chocolate in a double boiler set over simmering water. Slowly stir in the sugar and remaining milk.

Step 3Cook, whisking for 3 minutes, then add the corn starch mixture.

Step 4Increase the heat and whisk until thickened. Cover the double boiler and turn the heat to low, and cook for about 10 minutes without stirring.

Step 5Remove from heat and whisk in the butter 1 Tbsp at a time. Stir in the vanilla.

Step 6Pour into 4 bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature until cooled.

Step 7Sprinkle a tiny bit of flaky salt. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Enjoy.
