- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 2 - egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons rum
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 2 - egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 - bottle red cherries (6oz)
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make rum pudding

Step 1Crush vanilla waffers and line 3 ice trays which have been slightly buttered. in a bowl Add eggyolks , slowly add sugar and rum, mixing well. to another bowl add stiffly beaten egg whites to whipping cream. add egg mixture to cream mixture mix. add cherries and pecans.put into ice trays and cover with layer of crushed vanilla waffers. freeze over night serve next day ummm.
